Returns

Our refund policy lasts 30 DAYS. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original ‘Retail Packaging’.

To complete your return, we require a E-receipt (invoice received in your email) or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

If you have returned your item to us by courier:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 – 4 business days.

If you have returned your item to our stores:

Your return is first received and inspected by our store staff in your presence. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1 – 2 business days.  

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

In the unlikely event of you haven’t received a refund yet within the stated period above, do not worry. Please email to us at customerservice@citymoments.com or speak to our Customer Service Manager. We're all here to help you! 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We allow an exchange (a maximum of 1 time per order number) of your unworn item(s) within 30 days of purchase or delivery, accompanied by your invoice/receipt. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to any of our retail stores.
