If you have returned your item to us by courier:

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 – 4 business days.
If you have returned your item to our stores:
Your return is first received and inspected by our store staff in your presence.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1 – 2 business days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We allow an exchange (a maximum of 1time per order number) of your unworn item(s) within 30 days of purchase or delivery, accompanied by your invoice/receipt. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to any of our retail stores.
