Certainly. All products that we sell, are 100% genuine and brand new and it comes with an International Warranty of 1 - 3 years (as mentioned in the warranty card; depending on the models) from the date of purchase.

You can bring your product either to any of our stores or locations mentioned in the Warranty Manual that comes with the product to claim the warranty after purchase.

Sure. We offer free engraving and gift wrapping subject to our terms & conditions. Please contact us by email or phone for more details.

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you are not fully satisfied with your purchases, we will gladly refund or exchange your unworn item(s) within 30 days of purchase or delivery, accompanied by your invoice/receipt.

All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging to any of retail stores.

Shipping

Yes, we ship all over the world with our international shipping partner - DHL Express. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Once you place the order, we will ship it within 1 - 2 days and you will receive the shipment within 2 - 3 days from then.

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 1-2 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 3-7 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We use Fetchr for all domestic deliveries and DHL Express for international deliveries.
