      What's our Warranty? 

      All the products purchased through our online and physical stores get to have a warranty of 1 year from the date of purchase for any malfunctions, manufacturing defects etc. However certain products may have a longer warranty period depending on the brand manufacturer or part of the promotion. Your City Moments Invoice (e-receipt) is the proof of purchase to claim your warranty. What's more, you can even claim the warranty through Customer Service Centers

      All orders of AED 100 or more placed on our website qualifies for Free Shipping and Delivery to anywhere in UAE. 

      We also ship to all over the world with our international shipping partner - DHL Express. Once you place the order, we will ship it within 1 - 2 days and you will receive the shipment within 2 - 3 days from then. There will be a nominal fee for such international shipments, which you will find when you do the checkout on our website.   

      What's our Refund Policy? 

      We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

      To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (invoice received in your email).
